the basics from the scratch. The course is about the basics of bioinformatics,
various databases and techniques of sequence alignments.

this course, the students will be able to learn some basic tools used in
bioinformatics. They will get a brief introduction about Bioinformatics, will
be able to learn about various databases like structure databases, sequence
databases, how to submit data in various databases etc. This course will also
provide an insight into sequence alignment
